4. Location Data - Special Notice

- Always: When you are online and accepting deliveries
- In Background: Even when the app is minimized (to track delivery progress)
- Stops: When you go offline or log out
4.2 How Location Data is Used
- Show your availability to nearby customers
- Calculate distance-based delivery fees

4.3 Location Data Retention
- Real-time location data is stored for 90 days
- Delivery route history is stored for 1 year (for dispute resolution)
- After retention period, location data is deleted or anonymized

You can control location permissions in your device settings. However:
- Denying location access will prevent you from accepting deliveries
- You will not receive delivery requests without location enabled
- You can disable location when offline without affecting your account

- Location Data: Real-time location deleted after 90 days; delivery routes retained for 1 year
- Dispute Records: Retained until resolution and 1 year thereafter

After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

- Customer ratings (average rating out of 5 stars)
- Cancellation rate (% of accepted deliveries cancelled)
- Average delivery time
